Chef Chandrasena Sudusinghe is an internationally accredited judge by the World Association of Chefs Societies and one of Sri Lanka’s most respected culinary professionals. He is an Honorary Member of the Emirates Culinary Guild, Senior Member of Chefs Guild Lanka, and serves as Secretary of Bocuse d’Or Sri Lanka and Lions Club Mount Lavinia Genesis MJF, MAF.

Chef Sudu has worked with leading luxury hotel chains including Shangri-La, Four Seasons, and Cinnamon Grand. He has led top-tier culinary operations across the Middle East andAsia, catering for royal events and elite clientele.

A mentor, corporate trainer, and visiting lecturer, he is passionate about shaping future culinary leaders. As co-founder of Prestige Hospitality Supplies, he ensures the highest standards in sourcing and delivering premium Japanese ingredients to luxury hotels and restaurants.

Inside Prestige Hospitality Supplies, Pasindu serves as the operational heartbeat of the company. He personally oversees day-to-day business functions—including client consultations, order processing, last-mile deliveries, and end-to-end inventory management—keeping projects on schedule and customers consistently delighted.
